Speak up for regional public transit, sustainable community development, high quality schools, and water conservation! Blog on local news sites or write a short letter-to-the-editor (email letters-to-editor at forum@newsobserver.com; word limit 200; cc: karen@wakeupwakecounty.org). Voting for candidates who support good growth planning is the most important way for you to SpeakUP in our community. To register, update your registration, learn about early voting or find you polling place, contact the Wake County Board of Elections.

WakeUP holds candidate forums for municipal and county elections giving you a chance to see candidates in person and ask questions. We will let you know when and where the forums will occur through email.  Click here to add your name to our email list.
